Every teacher in our school is primarily responsible for planning the daily activities through which the children will learn and knowing every child in order to keep track of how well each child is able to learn. We address the whole range of human thought in our classrooms, from memorization to synthesis, from drill and practice to analysis and creativity.
Our teachers are trained to observe learners in their classes and determine some of the ways that they learn best. With this knowledge, when we are designing lessons or projects we become alert to the needs of all the children in our classes.
