Admission Process

Admissions Process for Pre-School and Primary School:

Each prospective family must take the following steps to complete the application process:

  1. Parent-Visit
    Prospective parents are required to begin the admissions process with a private tour of the school. Private tours of the school can be scheduled directly or on phone with the Admissions Coordinator
  2.  Application
    1. Interested families must obtain an Application Form.
    2. Submit the duly filled Application Form with necessary attachments to the Admissions Coordinator.
  3. Parent Interview/Student-Visit
    1. Applicants to the Primary Programs:
      1. Prospective parents and students meet with the Centre Head, Primary School for an informal discussion of classroom procedures, expectations, and objectives.
      2. Prospective students sit an entrance exam in one of the Primary classrooms for 20min to 1 hour while prospective parents are interviewed by the Director of Admissions or the Head of School or Coordinator.
  4.  Notification
    1. Decisions for admission are made known to the parents as per the available spaces.
    2. Parents will receive a response the same week after all required application materials have been submitted.
  5. Waiting List
    1. Information on the waiting list will be sent if needed.
